Sarina Russell has been providing Bookkeeping and Property Management Consulting Services since 1996. Her current customers include several popular restaurants in the White Plains and Stamford areas, Construction, Development and Real Estate Corporations in Westchester County just to name a few. She has worked for developers in the City of White Plains on such projects as Clayton Park (now called The Gramercy), Scarsdale Views, The Gables and Prospect Manor in several capacities. She was the Treasurer for the Scarsdale Views Condominium Association from 2006 – 2012. Additional duties included leasing units as the Owners’ rep for Scarsdale Views and Prospect Manor, Liaison between Owners and Property Management for Clayton Park, Project Coordinator for The Gables and Director of Operations for Fairway Modular Homes. Her Certifications in Quickbooks and Excel make her a true professional in the field as well as an excellent instructor for those she works with.
Sarina was a member of the White Plains School Board from 1997 to 2000, served on the City of White Plains Youth Bureau, is a former member of the White Plains Annual Budget Committee for the school system, served as treasurer of St. Bartholomew’s Vestry, has held both Secretary and Treasurer positions for the Antonio Meucci Lodge, and was Board President of Westco Productions. In addition to her role as Treasurer on the GPLF Board, she serves on the Executive Board for the Loucks Track & Field Committee as well as on the Tiger Fans Committee for White Plains.
Sarina currently resides in White Plains, New York with her husband, Jim, a White Plains Fire Fighter and has four adult children – Joanna (32), Jennifer (30), James, Jr. (28) and Teresa (26).
